DOSAGE: Children (2 years and older): 1 spray per nostril 1 to 3 times daily or as needed. Adults: 1 spray per nostril 2 to 6 times daily or as needed.
1 spray = insert the tip into the nostril, press actuator, inhale 1, 2, 3 seconds. Repeat for the other nostril.
