Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be fully refunded.

Returns

OUR PRODUCTS BEING HEALTH RELATED PRODUCTS WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

Turnaround

Orders are normally shipped within a maximum of 48 hours after reception (excluding weekends and holidays). Exceptionally orders may take longer to be shipped. You will be contacted if your order takes 96 or more hours to be shipped.

THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE IN ANYWAYS FOR DELAYS IN SHIPPING AND NO REFUND FOR ‘’SLOW’’ SHIPPING WILL BE MADE.

Carriers

All parcels are shipped via Canada Post and relayed by your National Postal Service once in your country. Canada Post and/or your National Postal Service may not group multiple parcels to be delivered at once and for that reason, it is possible that your order will come in 2 or more deliveries even if all parcels shipped out at once.

Order Tracking

For all shipping options that come with a tracking number, you will be provided a tracking number by email as soon as the label for your order is made.

IMPORTANT: SHIPPING OPTIONS STARTING WITH ‘’SMALL’’ OR ‘’AIR’’ PACKET DO NOT COME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER. THESE OPTIONS COST MUCH LESS BUT PARCELS SHIPPED WITH THEM CANNOT BE LOCATED IF LOST. BY CHOOSING THOSE SHIPPING OPTIONS WITH NO TRACKING NUMBER YOU UNDERSTAND THE RISKS AND AGREE NOT TO BE REFUNDED IF YOUR PARCEL IS LOST OR NOT DELIVERED AND NOT TO HOLD THE OPERATOR OF THIS SITE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Delivery times

Delivery times are based on the shipping option you choose and your location. Delivery times showed on the website are standard and can vary due to multiple factors. We cannot guarantee delivery times outside of Canada.

THE OPERATOR OF THIS SITE SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DELAYS IN DELIVERY.

Lost items

Items will be considered lost:

  • 3 weeks past the expected delivery date for all Air, Expedited, Xpress or Priority shipping options
  • 8 weeks past the expected delivery date for all ground options

We will open a case with the post office as soon as an item is considered lost. Upon the investigation's conclusion, we will fully refund you or send you a replacement at no cost if your item is concluded lost. Investigations may take up to 6 weeks.

REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENT ORDERS WILL ONLY BE MADE AFTER THE INVESTIGATION'S CONCLUSION.

Damaged or defective Products

Broken, damaged or defective products will be replaced at no cost or credited on your next order at your discretion upon reception of *clear visual proof of damage or defectiveness within 24 hours of reception.

*Clear visual proof of damage or defectiveness: clear picture showing damage, showing the number of units damaged, showing products damaged, lot number and expiry date of products damaged.

CREDITS OR REPLACEMENT ORDERS WILL BE MADE WITHIN 96 HOURS AFTER RECEIVING SATISFACTORY CLEAR VISUAL PROOF OF DAMAGE OR DEFECTIVENESS.

Order Cancellation

Any unshipped orders can be canceled. Orders canceled after 24 hours of being placed will be charged a 5% restocking fee that will be deducted from your order refund.

Order Errors

THE OPERATOR OF THIS SITE SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE IN ANYWAYS FOR ANY ERRORS YOU MADE DURING ORDERING (QUANTITIES, PRODUCTS, ADDRESS, ETC.).
